EDM Capabilities - Ram EDM

Four new EDM machines create our Ram /Sinker EDM department. Our most precise machines are two state-of-the-art, 4-axis Mitsubishi CNC Ram EDM machines. These machines are loaded with precise indexing, angular capabilities and 16-station toolchangers. Two of our machines are conventional Ram EDM machines with .0001" digital readouts and Rotobore attachments. In addition, we have acquired three small hole EDM machines that allow rapid small hole creation in hardened material as small as .006" in diameter.
