Toolroom

Our toolroom features high quality machines manned by very knowledgeable toolroom machinists and toolmakers. We have full toolroom capabilities including milling, turning and grinding.

At AMT, we marry the cost effective traditional machining operations with the newer EDM approach where applicable. This allows critical final part shapes to be fabricated by EDM after heat treatment and results in a superior product with no internal stresses. Please see our examples of toolroom work.

Our in-house skilled personnel include: Toolmakers, Engineer, Mold Makers, CNC Machinists, EDM Specialists, Master Machinists, and CAD Programmers. Design of tools or molds can be accomplished for your turn-key requirements.
